Note:
v1.48 gives a player the ability to now place a NEW limit of 170 Dragons on Berk.
As at v1.65 a player has the ability to place 200 Dragons on Berk.
Ready Made Buildings
There are ready made buildings in Berk, you can upgrade some of these buildings.
Meade Hall (Great Hall)
The Meade Hall is the main central of the game, you can upgrade this to get more buildings to increase your Viking amount. It bears a resemblance to the Great Hall as it might actually be, just a renamed version of it.
Hangar
There is limited space on Berk so when you have too many dragons, you can store them in the Hangar. Fortunately, you can purchase more dragon space in lots of 10 for 
. (Currently, the Hangar can be upgraded to a maximum of 300 dragons.)
Fish Basin
In the Fish Basin, you store all the 
you collect. Upgrading the Fish Basin allows you to make more space for .
Wood Stack
In the Wood Stack, you store all the 
you collect. Upgrading the Wood Stack allows you to make more space for .
Iron Storage
In the Iron Storage, you store all the 
you collect. Upgrading the Iron Storage allows you to make more space for .
Academy
In the Academy, you train your dragons. If you upgrade with , you can train more dragons at once.
Hatchery
In the Hatchery, you hatch your dragons. If you upgrade with , you can hatch more dragons at once.
Gothi's Hut
Right above the Meade Hall, Gothi's Hut is there. You can earn an achievement for tapping on Gothi's Hut. Other than that, there is no use for Gothi's Hut.
Buildable Buildings
With some buildings, you can build them with Wood and get new quests .
Snotlout's House
After building Snotlout's House, you will get his Quests and the chance to buy Hookfang.
Astrid's House
After building Astrid's House, you will get her Quests and the chance to buy Stormfly.
Ruffnut & Tuffnut's House
After building Ruffnut & Tuffnut's House, you will get their Quests and the chance to buy Barf & Belch.
Fishlegs' House
After building Fishlegs' House, you will get his Quests and the chance to buy Meatlug.
Eret's Boat
After building Eret's Boat, you will get his Quests.
Valka's Sanctuary
After building Valka's Sanctuary, you will get to train your dragons into Titan Dragons.
Resource Buildings
With some buildings, you can send your dragons to get resources from them.
Fish Hut
At the Fish Hut, you send your dragons to collect .
Sawmill
At the Sawmill, you send your dragons to collect .
The Smithy
At The Smithy, you send your dragons to collect .
