It is the last and final stage of the growth of a dragon.
In order to get your dragon to a Titan, you must have it at level 51.
This is called Titan Training.
If the Titan Training was successful then your dragon becomes a Titan.
If it is not successful you are rewarded with resources such as Fish 
or Runes
